Because all products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital files and therefore waive any right to cancel or return the purchase.
Exceptions
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist if:
- You receive corrupted or inaccessible files.
- A download link does not work.
- You accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
- The product you receive is significantly different from its description.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
