Because all products sold on this website are digital products (including Canva templates, ebooks, planners, and other downloadable content), all sales are final.
Overview
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the digital file or access link has been delivered.
Digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded or accessed, and therefore are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Canva templates
- Ebooks or digital guides
- Downloadable files
- Digital bundles
- Any instant-download or digital access product
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You received the wrong digital file
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve it.
No Exchanges
Since all products are digital, we do not offer exchanges.
Sale Items
All digital products, including items purchased during sales or promotions, are non-refundable.
